Joint project with Florida Department of Transportation. 2. Improve intersections to enhance safety and traffic flow along major corridors. 3. Dredge channels to improve water flow and reduce flooding. 3. Reinforce creeks and ditches to prevent overflow or erosion. 4. Convert emergency radio system to a national standard so more than 9,000 regional public safety users can communicate with each other during an emergency. 4.
