Our models are based on agile methods such as Scrum and DSDM, augmenting the software-centric elements with sound project management practices aligned with agile values. Our agile models are based on these ideas (and used at companies across the globe). We are pragmatists, not Agile purists. We use Agile beyond Software/IT. Way beyond!
