We will be recording this webinar and will have it available on the help site for download in the future. We plan on hosting additional webinars at this time on the 3 rd Thursday of every month. The next webinar will be October 17 th and we will go through some of the Ultriva Reports. We are doing the demos in Ultriva Version 7.5 and higher. 3

User Groups – General Info Better understanding of the user group hierarchy, how to create a user group, assign users, and set up My Routines. We will have a few short surveys throughout this webinar and will give you the results. 4

User Group Hierarchy - System Ultriva defined user groups Available to all plants Not editable 5

User Group Hierarchy - Global Created at the AppCSR/SuperUser Level Available to all Plants or Workcenters if Applicable 6

User Group Hierarchy - Local Created at the Plant or Workcenter Level Available only to the Plant or Workcenter where it was created 7

Importance of User Groups Users only have access to a few specific actions – making it easier for users to learn their role You know the exact permissions the users have – no guessing involved If using a System group, users may end up with unintended access to an Action or to something at the Admin level 8
