DeSSA Participation Policy  Delaware participation criteria  When taking the ELA/Literacy or Mathematics assessment, a student counts as a participant if Student completes six (6) items on either the CAT or PT portion within the same content area; or Student completes six (6) items on the CAT or PT combined within the same content area  When taking the Science or Social Studies or EOC assessments, a student counts as a participant if they complete six (6) items within the content area  DCAS-Alt1 not determined  Smarter Balanced Participation Policy 4
