MEDIA COVERAGE USMA will encourage internal and external coverage of the competition USMA PAO will invite U.S. media agencies. Foreign journalists interested in covering the activities must be cleared through the State Department and the USMA PAO. Release of external team video/photos must be in coordination with competition policy requirements – protecting the integrity of the event USMA’s official Flickr site is a resource to you but not all teams are captured: The USMA PAO is responsible to confirm media coverage and coordinate with the event coordinators to determine access. USMA ESCORTS  USMA Escort Officers will be assigned to each DV for the duration of their stay at the Academy. USMA Foreign Exchange Officers will be utilized as escorts for their country if available. TRANSPORTATION  All DVs are responsible for their own transportation to and from West Point.  If your DV will be arriving via a MILAIR flight, please contact Mrs. Misty Schreppel, Protocol Office, for further guidance.  Protocol will provide transportation support to all DVs during Sandhurt. Each DV will be provided either a mini van or 15 PAX van driven by their assigned USMA Escort Officer.
