Foyer Greeted by staff on arrival, hand guests chrysanthemum garland to get them in the mood from the moment they arrive and place bindies on females foreheads. Pre dinner drinks served in small Indian shot glasses before entering. As you can see there is an array of colour and style to suit the Bollywood theme Night. For guest to feel the atmosphere with a star studded night of entertainment, drinks, food and fun for everyone to enjoy. With special treats for our guests they will be greatly surprised and entertained.

Entrance Main entrance way will have a walk through arch. Photographer will be taken pictures when entering. Usher will escort guests to their assigned table. Usher and Waitress will be dressed in Indian costumes.

Function Room The function room will have dance floor in the middle and stage where the Bollywood performers will be entertaining and putting on a floor show. The function room had the curtaining around the walls and table and chair decorated. Centre table decoration will be a long vase with flowers and surrounded by other vases with floating candles and candles on table. Hanging from ceiling multi coloured paper lanterns and multi coloured paper swirls.

Stage The stage was already set and only purchase the elephants to put on each side of stage. As you can see we saved a great amount of money as the stage was already set up to cater for the function. Our Posters

Charity Ball (Bollywood) The venue has already got table displays, curtains and stage already available in Bollywood theme as it holds Indian Wedding Receptions there. Included in the price is food, drinks, entertainment, photographer (guest pay for photos) and catering staff. To get the guest in the mood we are giving them flower garlands to wear and female also get bindies to wear on there forehead. Waitress and waiters hand out pre dinner drinks to all guests on arrival.
