 With an acceptable reason and when possible, 50% may be refunded up until August 14.  After Aug. 14 th, there will be NO REFUNDS.

 If a payment is not made by a stated due date, all previous payments will be forfeited and the student will be removed from the trip.

Restrictions  Any student with 1 or more out-of-school suspensions may not be allowed to go on the trip.  Starting Jan. 1 and up until the date of the trip.

Washington is a great trip for responsible students.  No refund will be given if a student has to be removed from the trip because of ISS or OSS.
