John thinks he might want a tattoo. The tattoo parlor is offering a buy-one-get-one- free. John goes with his friend, who gets a tattoo and leaves. John is unsure about getting a tattoo and talks to Chuck, the tattoo artist. John waffles back-and-forth. Finally, after an hour, he decides to get a tattoo. Chuck prepares, takes him into a back room, and gets set to do the tattoo.

At the last minute, John changes his mind and decides to leave. Chuck grabs his arm and says, “Wait a minute. I spent an hour talking and I’m ready to go, there is no way you are backing out now.” Chuck, who is a large man, has no problem pushing John down or keeping him down while he does the tattoo. After, he lets John leave.
