Position Control Take Two used to caution: Don’t invest unless you have someone in the district serious about it. We were also concerned with the amount of work and effort (maintaining the definitions, ensuring that PRO.300 and PAY.345 users were religious about their efforts). Any breakdown for any length of time meant inaccurate reporting and distrust in the numbers … Not so much anymore Yes, someone to define the positions Yes, someone to run the reports, manage & watch for breakdowns and provide timely and useful information to superintendents..
