Validation of competences of personnel in YIT St. Petersburg 2011 – YIT St. Petersburg joined the «Validation of Learning Outcomes in Russia (VALO)» project. YIT St. Petersburg is interested in supporting and promoting the development of education throughout life through creation of system of assessment and recognition of qualifications in Russia. It can help our company in developing competencies of our personnel in Russia. It also helps us in recruitment – qualification examination for YIT personnel in St. Petersburg at Kostromskoy 10 site. Competence area of the exam – reinforcing works. Outcome – two workers proved their qualification on the 3 rd level of the National Qualification Framework. After the exam they received an international certificates of the project.
