This study sought answers to the following questions: What is the English teachers’ level of commitment to job and organization? What is the students’ level of achievement in English in terms of their scores in writing, listening and speaking? Does the teachers’ level of commitment to job and organization affect the students’ performance in English?
Commitment to job and commitment to organization do not predict students’ performance in writing. Commitment to job and commitment to organization do not predict students’ performance in listening. Commitment to job and commitment to organization do not predict students’ performance in speaking. For this study the following null hypotheses were formulated:

Conclusion Commitment to organization is not a predictor of students’ performance in writing, listening and speaking.
