The Bone-A-Fyed Rap Here we go…

The bone-a-fyed rap is what we’re gonna do. The bone-a-fyed rap will help you learn about you. Wiggle your phalanges up in the air. Wiggle your phalanges like you just don’t care.

You have got your vertebrae They all help you bend this way. Bend it, bend it, bend it, bend it. Now with yo’ smell-a, touch yo’ patella. Patella, patella, I think I can smell-a.

Your hands and feet can make a beat. Your hands and feet can sound real neat. Your metacarpals clap out a beat.

Your metatarsals stomp with your feet. Put your ulna way up high. Jumping jacks up to the sky. Hit your femur, that’s your thigh.

Ulna, femur, Ulna, femur, Ulna, femur, Ulna, femur. Now it’s time to be like Elvis. I want you to move yo’ pelvis. Be like Elvis. Move yo’ pelvis.

Big strong arms can make you cool. The humorous is like a fool. Strike a humorous pose, Like a strong man goes.

What’s the bone that helps you stand? Femur’s where I put my hand. March with me from side to side. March with me and show some pride.

Two bones in your lower legs, Two bones that can look like pegs. Tibia, fibula, tibia, fibula. Tib and fib can make it fun, Tib and fib do the Charleston!

Other parts can make a beat, Other parts can sound real neat. Play your chest just like a drum. Play your chest with your sternum. Sternum, sternum, sternum, sternum.

Now your head can play the beat. Your cranium can sound real neat. Cranium… Cranium… Your radius can wiggle your thumb, wiggle your thumb, wiggle your thumb Your radius can wiggle your thumb, my fair lady!

Move your carpal just like jello! Move your carpal to say, “Hello!” Hello, Jello, Hello, Jello. Our bones are what we want to know, let’s do it again so we can grow!
