Product Transition To be a better business partner, our policy is to support a 5-10 month overlap of old to new product. The duration varies depending on the complexity of the transition. There are approximately 2000 units of unsold NEO 312’s (both in channel and in Psion). This in an appropriate amount to support a 4-6 month overlap, but only if you continue to sell the existing NEO 312. What should you do? Remind customers the NEO 312 is cheaper than the new NEO 624 ($50, €50, £30) Push NEO 312 orders to Quickship configs (we may end some other non-Quickship SKU’s early) If you have large NEO deals that are interested in the 312 configs, special pricing may be available, please consult your local Sales VP for consideration with the support of S&OP.
