God’s Favor Is On You! Luke 2:8-15

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” John 1:29 8 And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. 9 An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. ~ Luke 2:8-9

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” John 1:29 10 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. 11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. 12 This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger. ~ Lk. 2:10-12

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” John 1:29 I am God’s son/daughter. (John 1:12) I am Jesus’ friend. (John 15:15) I am chosen and adopted by God. (Eph. 1:3-8; Rom. 8:15-16) I am dearly loved. (Col. 3:12) I am free from condemnation. (Rom. 8:1) God works for my good in all circumstances. (Rom. 8:28) I cannot be separated from the love of God. (Rom. 8:31-39)

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” John 1:29 I have not been given a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. (2 Tim. 1:7) I am dead to sin and alive to God in Jesus. (Rom. 6:11) I am a new creation because I am in Christ. (2 Cor. 5:17) GOD’S FAVOR IS ON ME!
