What is Human Trafficking? Victims of trafficking in the U.S. can be divided into these 3 categories: 1. Minors involved in commercial sex. 2. Adults involved in commercial sex via force, fraud, or coercion. 3. Anyone forced to perform labor or services in conditions of involuntary servitude, peonage, debt bondage, or slavery, via force, fraud, or coercion.
