School Leadership

“The message is unequivocal: sustaining the impact of improvement requires the leadership of many rather than a few” (Bezzina, 2006) Michael Fullan concluded that the real measure of an educational leader is not merely student achievement but how many leaders he or she has developed to carry on the work after his or her departure.

1. What strategies have been developed to communicate, involve and educate new and veteran faculty about professional development implementation? How will your leadership team support continuous learning opportunities for all collaborative team members?

Part 1 11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Confront the facts Identify what to preserve (and abandon)
