What are we trying to achieve? refresh and develop existing practices ensure sustainability & innovation remove barriers improved outcomes for individuals and families.

Current provision 9 contracts for 11 refuges providing up to 92 family units 8 contracts for 11 floating support services for 260 victim / family places 1 Sanctuary scheme Independent Domestic Violence Advisers supporting 440 clients annually 20 children and family interventions This is what we currently have Lots of different contracts funded by different sources

Integrated provision Community based floating support and outreach services Independent Domestic Violence Advisers Dedicated support services for children and families Refuges and accommodation based services Move on and resettlement services Personal support networks and group work Single Point of Contact (SPOC) By pulling things together more we will have more integrated services, providing seamless transitions between different areas of the services and finding the best interventions for each individual family
