PARKING PRICING METHODOLOGY Conservative Approach: 10-25% increase in rates where monthly cards are sold out and a 5% decrease in rates where less than 80% of monthly cards are sold Aggressive Approach: 40-65% increase in rates where monthly cards are sold out and a 15-20% decrease in rates where less than 80% of monthly cards are sold Moderate Approach: 20-40% increase in rates where monthly cards are sold out and a 10% decrease in rates where less than 80% of monthly cards are sold Analyze impacts using different elasticities
