Inventory Skills Printing an Inventory Worksheet
When to print the inventory worksheet: Print two (2) days before inventory day. You don’t have to wait until an inventory is open. You can print an inventory worksheet at any time during the month. You might even want to print earlier copies to use for organizing your stock room or freezer.
1. Click on the Inventory tab.
2. Click on Inventory Reporting
3. Click the down arrow to see the list of reports.
4. Choose this worksheet: Tip: It’s the one with the longest title: Physical Inventory Worksheet – All Bins – 2 Levels
5. Click the View button. After a few seconds, your report will display on the screen. After a few seconds, your worksheet will display on the screen, hiding WebSMARTT.

Tip: Look for the Crystal Reports logo; the correct printer icon is at the left end of the same toolbar, above the word “Preview.” If you use the browser’s printer icon instead, the report may not print correctly. 6. 7. Decide which pages you will print. Leave the “All” radio button checked if you want all the pages. If you want only certain pages, click in the box and type the page numbers, with a dash in between, as shown. Print Dialog box
8. Click the Print button. The print dialog closes and the report prints.
9. Close the Crystal report viewer. Hint: Click the red X button. The report closes, revealing the WebSMARTT Inventory Reporting parameters page again.
