This book contains various cartoon drawings through out the book drawn by the author. The story takes place on an Indian reservation in Indiana. It is generally a port place but the main character who is Arnold Sprit better known as Junior in the story. The main character is the story are Juniors parents, his best friend Rowdy, his sister Mary, and his grandmother. The over all mood of the book is funny with a dash of sadness and achievement!

The purpose of this book is to inspire kids and adults to go forward in anything they dream of and never give up. The main character in the story did not give up and that is the purpose he is trying to bring across. The theme of the book is humorous, comforting, and warming. As your read this book you would instantly feel as though you can relate.
