LDC borstplätering LDC Portable Electroplating 1.Cold process: Used at room temperature, no stress or adjustments because of termal distorsion. 2.To tolerance: Normally no machining required 3.Quick metal build-up: 0,05 mm in min. 4.Plating: On all conductive materials, cast iron, stainless, mild steel, copper, chrome etc 5.Dense deposits: No or very little porosity in most coatings 6.Many differens metals: Nickel, Gold, Silver, Copper, Cobolt, Zinc and Alloys. 7.Excellent bonding: Molecular bonding results in very god adhesion, all coatings can be machined, grinding or polished. 8.Mobile equipment: The repair can be done on site

LDC borstplätering Tele: On site repair of the crankshaft in a conversion press.

LDC borstplätering Tele: Damaged /worn flywheel bearing areas on the crankshaft in a conversion press.

LDC borstplätering Tele: Preparations and masking off surrounding areas.

LDC borstplätering Tele: Plating procedure is in progress.

LDC borstplätering Tele: Damaged bearing journal plated to over size and ready for grinding.

LDC borstplätering Tele: Crankshaft is finished and the original tolerances and measurements are obtained. Ready to assemble the flywheel.

LDC borstplätering Tele: Lower bed die in a conversion press with local wear damages. The damages are repaird on site.

LDC borstplätering Tele: Plated/repaired damage on the lower bed die. LDC-2904 copper hi-speed HB250 were used to fill the damage up. Top coated with LDC-2807 Nickel acid for wear and corrosion protection.

LDC borstplätering Tele: Repair on site. Lower bed die in a conversion press with local wear damages.

LDC borstplätering Tele: Damaged area in the lower bed die.

LDC borstplätering Tele: A worn out slide. There are damages from the pistons and micro vibrations. And that cause oil to leak.

LDC borstplätering Tele: Damaged area inside the slide.

LDC borstplätering Tele: The damages is being plated with a hard copper of 250 Brinell and grinded to original tolerances.

LDC borstplätering Tele: Area has now a new top coating with a nickel with a hardness of 400 brinell and also gives a excellent protection from new damages.

LDC borstplätering Tele: Plating is now finished and the slide is ready for assembly.

LDC borstplätering Tele: Oil leakage from scratched and damaged main pistons is a common problem that brush plating can solve on site.
