CAST Q & A SESSION

SEPTEMBER 2013 HOW TO LIVE LIKE A LADY OR GENTLEMAN This activity is part of the “I Am” Series that focuses on identity, family relationships, etiquette and social interaction. The boys learned how to tie a tie. Girls learned about the top 5 things a young lady needs. Ms. Courtney discussed how to maintain natural hair. The session will ended in a lunch demonstration on dining etiquette.

OCTOBER 2013 “ I Am ” Conference Youth begin the morning with a short hip - hop dance session. Youth made their own “ I Am ” T - shirts. Teens discussed their passion and interests as well as ways to prepare now for the future. Teens reported interest in the following career and occupation : Culinary Arts Sports Engineering Design and Fashion Dance Political Science and Law
