RISK RESPONSE PLAN Old electrical wiring is dangerous, must be replaced Mitigate: risk by having a preliminary assessment done by the electrician. Mitigate: Have the electrician start work on the project on the first day so that the budget and schedule can be revised, if necessary. Contingency: Keep a small portion of the budget in reserve to cover this expense, if needed. Friend-laborers cancel/do not show up Mitigate: risk by confirming participation for the following day at the end of each shift or via phone. Contingency: Have 1-2 other friends who will be available to come and help in the event tasks cannot wait.

COMMUNICATION PLAN PurposeWho was involved? Method of Communication Frequency Friend’s work Schedule - Outline of schedules and shifts that friend-laborers have agreed to work. All stakeholders present on each day Face to face meetingEach day 6 QUALITY PLAN Final product will be high quality, with well-finished floors and walls, and a focus on energy efficiency via superior insulation and bright, LED lighting. The area will have functional storage space, and will be a fully functioning part of the home, suitable for entertaining family and friends, or watching TV.
