OLLI members will need to follow this procedure to obtain a campus account. Obtaining an Account Accessing CSUF IT Resources for OLLI Members presented by Lori Arthur CSUF Information Technology Training & Support OLLI members have access to the CSUF- Students wireless network while on campus. Connecting to CSUF Wi-Fi OLLI members can connect their mobile devices to the campus wireless and campus . Connecting Mobile Devices OLLI members have the option to use a campus account. Connecting to CSUF OLLI members now have access to lynda.com training videos via the campus portal. Accessing lynda.com

Obtaining an Account 1.Request a Campus-Wide ID (CWID) and PIN from the OLLI Front Desk by filling out a form. You will need to provide: Name Address Phone Number Address Birthdate Social Security Number You will be notified by Patsy Burns when your CWID/PIN is available.

Obtaining an Account 2.Create a username and password on the CSUF Student Portal. Go to Enter your CWID and PIN in the Portal Login section. Then click Login. You will be asked to customize your username/password and create security questions.

Connecting to CSUF Wi-Fi 1.Connect your laptop to the CSUF-Wireless Wi-Fi network. In general, you can click on the Wi-Fi icon on your laptop to connect to a Wi-Fi network in the area.

Connecting to CSUF Wi-Fi 2.Go to wireless.fullerton.edu.wireless.fullerton.edu Select Laptop. Select Students. To start the setup wizard, check “I accept….” and then click Start. In general, this wizard works best if you are using Internet Explorer or Safari.

Connecting to CSUF Wi-Fi 3.You’re done! Every time you are on campus, your laptop will automatically connect to the CSUF- Students Wi-Fi network. Problems? Visit the Student Genius Corner in the Pollak Library South basement. Or call for the campus Help Desk.

Accessing lynda.com There are thousands of training videos available on lynda.com that OLLI members may access from anywhere. 1.Log on to the student portal. Then click on the lynda.com tab.

Accessing lynda.com 3.You may be asked to enter your campus username and password again.

Accessing lynda.com 4.The first time you access lynda.com, you will be asked to enter some additional information. You can skip this step.

Accessing lynda.com 5.You are now logged in to lynda.com and can start searching for and viewing online training videos.

Connecting to CSUF CSUF student accounts are hosted by Google. The following Gmail features are available to you: Calendar Google Docs

Connecting to CSUF 1.Access your account from the student portal. Log in to the student portal. Select the tab.

Connecting to CSUF 2.Access your account from .fullerton.edu. .fullerton.edu Go to .fullerton.edu. .fullerton.edu Select Check your Titan Apps under Titan for Students. Enter your campus username and password. Click Sign In.

Connecting to CSUF 3.Connect your mobile device to your student account. Log in to the student portal. Select the Titan Apps tab. Scroll down and click How to set up a POP/IMAP account. This process requires the use of a computer/laptop. Don’t try to follow these instructions on your mobile device.

Connecting Mobile Devices What Devices are Supported? Android Blackberry iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch If your Android uses OS 1.0 or 1.1, you may have to log in to the wireless each time you are on campus.

Connecting Mobile Devices 1.Connect your mobile device to the CSUF-Wireless Wi-Fi network. Each device will have a different procedure to connect to a Wi-Fi network. Refer to your device user guide for assistance.

Connecting Mobile Devices 2.Go to wireless.fullerton.edu.wireless.fullerton.edu Select Mobile. Locate your device type in the list. Click the CSUF Students link under your device type. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Connecting Mobile Devices 3.You’re done! Every time you are on campus, your mobile device will automatically connect to the CSUF-Students Wi-Fi network. Problems? Visit the Student Genius Corner in the Pollak Library South basement. Or call for the campus Help Desk.
