The Perfume Question Luke 7:36-50

Luke 7:36 Then one of the Pharisees asked Him to eat with him. And He went to the Pharisee's house, and sat down to eat.

Luke 7:37 And behold, a woman in the city who was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at the table in the Pharisee's house, brought an alabaster flask of perfume….

Luke 7:38..and stood at His feet behind Him weeping; and she began to wash His feet with her tears, and wiped them with the hair of her head; and she kissed His feet and anointed them with the fragrant oil.

The Perfume Question How do you react when a person pours a really expensive bottle of perfume over someone’s feet?

everyone who thirsts, Come to the waters; and you who have no money, Come, buy and eat. Yes, come, buy wine and milk, without money and without price. (Isaiah 55:1) I lay down My life that I may take it again. No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. (John 10:17-18)

But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ, by grace you have been saved (Ephesians 2:4-5)
