Reasons for being presentable Employees are the face of the department They create the moment of truth about the organisation in the minds of customer To ensure that our organisation is accepted as a professionally managed department, our employees should be presentable in their attire and behaviour

13 Dressing at Workplace Casual Attire is fine… But… Don’t wear torn or tattered clothing. Don’t wear offensive logos/Patterns, or logos of other companies. No shorts, or short length clothes. No floaters.

Etiquette Wear a smile Wish colleagues and customers pleasantly when meeting for the first time in the day Present the facts in a positive way while dealing with the customers Do not expect any favour from customer for the work done The habit of asking / accepting gifts/ baskhis by the delivery staff should be discouraged. They should be educated about the negative image they are creating by this practice Maintain a detached attachment to work.
