 To bring positive changes to the society at large by involving students of the University of Mumbai in a series of constructive socially responsible activities. These activities : Should be able to involve more than 6,50,000 students under the University Could be small, but should create a big impact when collectively done Should bring MEASURABLE change Should be Sustainable for years to come

But what would these activities be? & Who would ideate these activities? The Answer…… The best Management Brains of the University of Mumbai… … Student teams from Management Institutions affiliated to the University of Mumbai (Under Graduate/Post Graduate - Part time as well as Full time courses)

The student teams from Management Institutes would pour in with ideas for MUNIJAN. These ideas would compete with each other based on certain important details-like an implementation plan – [refer to ‘Parameters’] The best idea which fulfils the objective would be chosen for MUNIJAN & implemented by all colleges affiliated to the University of Mumbai

 Phase 1 : Short listing of top 10 entries for the Final – by internal experts.  Phase 2 : Selection of the best Idea amongst the top 10 by the Final Jury on ‘Gandhi Jayanti’
