Program Overview District Vision District Vision –Information and Technology Literacy –25% replacement plan for District computers –Long range goal: a classroom computer for every Harlingen CISD student District Policy-CQ Legal District Policy-CQ Legal –Allows the District to distribute, to the community, those computers no longer used for instruction.

HCISD’s Vision Statement “Through rigorous academic standards, high expectations, and an integrated curriculum, the Harlingen Consolidated School District, in partnership with our community, will graduate students with knowledge and skills necessary to excel in higher education and careers with the confidence not only to dream, but to determine their futures.”

We thank you for your interest in the program and hope you will be able to use this computer at your home for student assignments, research, communication, and to explore the world of the Internet.
