Eligibility A student is eligible to receive data processing equipment under this policy if the student does not already have a computer at home, as determined by the District. Return of Equipment If a student graduates, transfers to another district, or withdraws from the school within the first three months, parents of the student will be expected to return the computer to the District for redistribution.
