Hygiene Hygiene is the study and observance of health rules. Hygiene refers to the set of practices associated with the preservation of health and healthy living.

Hygiene Hygiene is an old concept related to medicine, as well as to personal and professional care practices related to most aspects of living. In medicine and in home (domestic) and everyday life settings, hygiene practices are employed as preventative measures to reduce the incidence and spreading of disease.

Personal Hygiene Personal Hygiene is defined as “The branch of health which is concerned with the individual΄s adjustment to the physiological needs of the body and mind for the attainment of the maximum level of health”.

Personal Hygiene Personal hygiene involves those practices that promote: Mental Emotional Physical health Social well being of the individual

Character of an Individual ENVIRONMENT HERITAGE RESPONSE

Heritage Heritage is an innate factor. It is what a person, actually is even before birth.

Conclusion For the maintenance of good health both physical and mental hygiene must be practiced regularly. Physical and mental hygiene must go hand in hand. Hygiene is the secret of health.
