Australian Inhibitor / Safepack Packaging Materials – Pre made Timber panels lined with VCI Ferro Foil NSN Military approved materials

Crate Base -7900mm x 2900mm

Base Complete ready for VCI Packaging materials

Howitzer M198 Ready for placement to base

Manufacture and fit gun ID plate with exposed metal Breech for inspection viewing

VCI Ferro foil and VCI triple layer on Base ready for gun placement

Gun is positioned on base sheets. All exposed metal surfaces are coated with G15 rust preventative. Outer gun and end barrel,Muzzle applied with Mil Spec Versil pak (mouldable wrap ) MIL-B-121-H

Muzzle brake and radial tyres fitted onto base and sealed inside VCI triple layer Film

Gun is ready for Vacuum sealing (note clear window for gun breech and registration plate viewing)

Vacuum applied and Inner layer sealed

VCI Ferro foil outer layer Vacuum applied and sealed, chocks fitted to secure wheels. (Note clear window for viewing of breech and registration plate
