SWIM LESSON / POOL RULES AND GUIDELINES In line with our efforts to provide safe and enjoyable learning experience, please observe the following rules and guidelines: A. ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION All enrollees are encouraged to come in class at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time. A warm-up, land drill, and cool-down activities shall be performed before and after every learning/training session. Shower first before going down the pool and after use of toilet facilities. In case of an absence due to an illness or health reason, make-up classes shall be allowed only within the batch schedule. Please notify the instructor or the office personnel ahead of time. B. ATTIRE All students should wear goggles and proper attire: swimming trunks for boys and a one-piece bathing suit for girls. Wearing of a rash guard/jammers is allowed. A swim cap is required for girls and boys with long haircut. Kindly refrain from wearing pieces of jewelry while in the pool or during swim sessions. C. SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN Toddlers/children must be accompanied by an adult. They must be aware or attentively watching their child/ward, even while waiting at the bleacher area during class time. After class, children should not leave the venue without the presence of their fetcher or adult companion/s. D. SAFETY/SANITATION/SECURITY Kindly refrain from running, jumping, diving, pushing or any rough play in and out of the pool. Please leave valuables at home. The University can not be responsible for personal property at any time. Enrollees with medical conditions must present a medical clearance/consent form before they can be allowed to take part in the swim sessions. Be reminded of good hygiene practices in/out of pool. Food/drinks may be consumed only at the bleacher area. Please observe/follow the University’s traffic/parking rules. Any injury/emergency occurring in the pool must immediately be reported to the program personnel.
