Transformation Process to the Regional Co-operation Council “Task Force for the implementation of the Regional Environmental Reconstruction Programme” Brussels, 27 November 2007

Successor of the Stability Pact – Regional Co-operation Council n Belgrade Regional Table Meeting May 2006 – agreement on creation of RCC n RCC members will consist of SEECP countries, UNMIK Kosovo, EU (incl European Commission) bilateral donors and international organisations engaged in SEE n Role to monitor and facilitate regional cooperation processes in SEE - initial priority areas identified n Support to the SEECP (political umbrella)
