TPA CalTPA Create Own PACT ESA Teaching Event Task 1 Task 2 Task 3 Task 4 Task 5 SB 2042 SB 1209, effective 7/1/08 Require student teachers to pass a Teaching Performance Assessment (TPA)

TPA CalTPA Create Own PACT ESA Teaching Event Task 1 Task 2 Task 3 Task 4 Task 5 CalTPA: Created by CCTC Create Own: Some teaching ed programs create their own, report to CCTC PACT: Created by Stanford, now used by most CSUs and private schools (like NDNU).

ESA: Selected assignment part of the required coursework. Focus on knowledge of community context, curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, student learning, and legal obligations. Adaptations for two focus students: English Learners, and students with special needs.
