What is an Integrity Pact? Created by Transparency International in the 1990s The aim is to help national governments, businesses and civil society in combating corruption in public procurments An Integrity Pact entails both the contract and the process of monitoring itself

IP about NLL construction: The contract of IP Efficiency prerequisites of IP The analysed IP as a contract includes five of six efficiency prerequisites Elements of IP The analysed IP as a contract includes six of the seven composition elements of an Integrity Pact contract described in theory
