Where is your faculty now in terms of PACT support– how accepting would faculty be of this type of analysis and implementation? How familiar are they with each others courses? Reflect on your program now– What would it take to get to the next step? Consider changes and how you and your colleagues might implement changes with the goal of supporting STs in good teaching and learning which has the consequence of supporting their PACT experience.
