On-Line Registration Overview of Online Registration It must be set up at the entity level. We recommend that if one entity in the district decides to use this option, that all schools in the district use it. Primary Guardians provide the school with updated information about their child using Skyward Family Access. It can only be used to update information about existing students. It does not replace the initial registration process used to enroll a new student. It is typically used at the beginning of the school year, but can be used for any range of dates that the school desires. It may replace the hard copy Emergency Update Form..
