Personal Development, Health & Physical Education As we live in a rapidly changing society, there should be an awareness on the importance of living healthy lifestyles. (Board of Studies Syllabus: 2006, pp 6) PDHPE should be considered of importance to the education system for it teaches children of the importance of being healthy citizens of society, in order to become the future citizens of our community. Rationale PDHPE teaches students how to become future members of our community through acknowledging the importance of living healthy. As teachers of these future students we aim to teach them how to become the best they can ever be, achieving their potentials and aiming for success, in hopes that students will become confident and attentive learners of whom in return will become successful members of out community.

In achieving this goal we have hopes that the future of our country is in the hands of successful and competent citizens.
