Action Taken: PROMOTED For Grades 3 to 6 – The norms for promotion and retention will remain (DO No. 33, s, 2004). Write the General Average only. No Descriptive rating Letter. No Need to accomplish incomplete subject/s sub-column. For 3 rd and 4 th Year – The norms for promotion and retention remain ( DO No. 33, s. 2004). Write the general average but without the descriptive letter. Indicate in incomplete subject/s ( 1st sub-column) completed subject/s during summer (if any) prior to BoSY. Use the 2 nd sub- column for incomplete subjects as of current SY for back subjects.
