This agreement covers the services provided to ● by the Communications team Services provided Both parties agree that the following services and systems will be provided to ● business unit (BU) beginning immediately and continuing through to 31/12/2015: General consultancy services Channel and content management Measurement Coaching and training Please see attached schedule for detailed breakdown Service levels The Communications team will provide the services and systems in line with the following service levels: BU IC playbook reviewed every six months and updated where appropriate All BU communication requests received via the designated business partner (BP) or senior business partner (SBP) will be dealt with promptly The monthly managers’ brief will be sent to the BU management team complete with central content during the first week of each cascade cycle BU management team will receive the internal comms dashboard containing data and feedback every two months Requests for intranet stories, shots, screensavers or other channels/surveys/campaigns will be booked into the next available and appropriate slot, according to the requisite notice having been adhered to (see page 2), and fitting in with other Group/BU scheduled communication activities SLA – Internal Communications
Business commitments: The BU will ensure: The SBPs have c15mins progress/review meeting with the BU MD every 2 months (min: one in person/year) The designated BP is invited to attend weekly/monthly BU management meetings - based on BU timetable The BP and SBPs are given full access to all necessary product and marketing roadmaps, campaign/product materials and other information required to advise on/produce internal communications under the terms of the SLA All communication support requirements/requests are provided to the Communications team via the BP with 10 business days notice prior to any required release/distribution The BU supplies a five bullet-point summary of BU activity/progress for the Group managers’ brief seven days before the monthly cascade cycle begins The BU MD commits to delivering at least two Group hot.seats a year The BU MD and management team commit to executing and adhering to the BU IC playbook in accordance with its minimum requirements and terms of reference The BU commits to providing visibility on any planned IC initiatives/campaigns/surveys Cost Information The cost for providing these services for the full calendar year is determined on a pro-rata basis based on the number of employees in the BU. It is estimated that these costs will amount to approximately €● per annum. Bespoke BU campaigns/projects as well as training and facilitation requirements may require additional budget from the BU Issue Resolution The Communications team and their stakeholders are jointly responsible for resolving disputes in a way that serve the best interests of bwin.party. Disputes on any aspects of the Service Level Agreement should be handled in the first instance by the designated communications business partner with escalation to the senior business partner and, if required, the Director of Communications.
