Requirements Windows Server 2012 / 2012 R2 Small Business Server.NET (.NET 4.5 requires a reboot) SQL 2012 Exchange 2010/2013 SharePoint 2010/2013 IE 10 / 11 Office 2010 / 2013 Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1

Previous Version Can only upgrade from CRM 2013 SP1 Tables will be merged if not merged in 2013 Old “form view” will be kept ◦Recommended to upgrade to the new forms

Solutions Can only import solutions from CRM 2013 ◦2011 solutions must be imported to CRM 2013 first Cannot import back to CRM 2013 No export as (yet…)

Enables the visualisation of hierarchical records Works on some OOB entities and custom entities Uses tiled windows based Can be exported in solution

Limitations Only with self-references Cannot modify OOB entities’ that already have a hierarchy defined. Limited to some OOB entities and custom entities. OOB entities not listed cannot be have hierarchies enabled (e.g. Business Unit) Only Show top 4 fields in the tile view
