Evaluation Criteria: Complexity (of conflicts and dysfunctions) DIversity of existing conflicts/level of impact (types/number of conflicts) Feasibility and Capacity (for the City Municipality to transform the space) Security threats (from displacement, insufficient lighting etc.) Relevance (belonging to a common public space network) Participating interest (stakeholders and users have expressed interest) Actuality (in the context of Riga Historical Centre development)
