OVERVIEW – SUNDANCE WIND PROJECT  Generation capacity up to 250 MW  Potential investment of more than $600 Million  Jobs:  Approximately 250 during construction  Approximately 10 – 15 during operations  Build and Permitting Schedule:  Build early as 2016 subject to Power Purchase Agreement with BC Hydro.  EA Certificate expected in 2015  First open house – June 2013  Supportive engagement with Treaty 8 First Nations  Project located on Crown land, approximately 20km north of Tumbler Ridge.  Near D-CAT transmission, proposed Site C dam, and ramping gas electrical load

ON-GOING & UPCOMING ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT ACTIVITIES First Nations, Public & Stakeholder Consultation BC Environmental Assessment process – submission for Application review expected in early 2015 Analysis of local features On-going Activities Fall Bat surveys Reporting on results of field studies, including Archaeological Resources, Furbearers, Ungulates (including Caribou), Bears, Fish and Fish Habitat, Vegetation and Ecosystems, Amphibians and Reptiles, Bats, Birds, Terrestrial Invertebrates, Community Infrastructure, Visual Resources, Land and Land Use, Communication Systems, Human Health, Terrain Stability, and Hydrology Some Upcoming Activities EDF EN Canada and Avro are working closely with First Nations, stakeholders, and local government to ensure EA studies are comprehensive, transparent and sensitive to local and regional concerns
