LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Future Women Leaders FWL is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in the San Francisco Bay Area, serving emerging women leaders of all ages. Mission: To help women in the Bay Area reach their leadership potential through providing opportunities in leadership training and development, in personal and professional growth, and in network building. Many young women are still refining their goals, exploring further educational options, and building a network of other women with whom they can share ideas and support. Since our founding in 2001, Future Women Leaders has served as a forum to bring together these high-potential emerging leaders together and support them in clarifying and reaching their goals. We do this through our monthly events, special programs, newsletters/online resources, and participation in the community.
