7 Changes Moses Would Need to Become a Leader … (Exodus 18) 1. He needed to become a man of Prayer. (v.18) 2. He committed himself to Communication. (v.20a) 3. He laid out the Vision. (v.20b) 4. He developed a Plan. (v.20c)

6.He released them to Serve, based on their gifts.(v.22) 7.He only did what They could not do. (v.22) 5.He Selected and trained the leaders. (v.21)
