Facts  14,390 students in various Youth Entrepreneurship (YE) programs in 2010  28.9% of the population aged years  307 YE companies at primary school  120 YE companies at upper secondary school  3 YE companies at the University College in Østfold  YE programs at all 11 secondary schools in Østfold
