©Lenka Lexová Possibilities of a reply to offer If the offer meets the requiremnts of the buyer it is accepted and an order is sent If the offer doesn‘t meet the requiremnts of the buyer it is refused If only some conditions of the offer are not acceptable, the buyer writes a reply to offer

©Lenka Lexová Structure of the letter Reply to offer usually has the following parts: Opening phrase Opening phrase it expresses thanks for the offer Request Request for lower prices, shorter delivery time, better therms of payment, etc. Closing phrase Closing phrase it expresses hope for revision of the offer
