YourFirstname YourLastname Directions This “menu file” needs to be copied into a folder containing about 10 of your files representing the best work from this course. Then, edit this template by describing your files and linking to your files. 1. Create a folder for your signature piece. 2. Copy only about 10 or so finalized files into the folder. Make sure name the files with letters, numbers, and the hyphen character. Don’t use punctuation characters. Do not include an extra period in the file name. 3. Save this file in your folder named as: CORS-567-YourFName-YourLName-Menu-File-ThisSemester-ThisYear (Replace “CORS-567” with the course name and number. Include your name.) 4. View this file in “slide show” or presentation view by pressing the F5 key. Then, press the “Esc” key to return to “edit mode”. Note: Links only work in slide show view. 5. Edit this slide, as needed. Just delete the text and links you don’t need. Add more links if you like. 6. Edit any text inside of [brackets] and then delete all of the brackets. 7. Paste your cropped photo. Edit the caption using your own name. 8. The menu text and the titles of the linked slides should be identical. 9. Edit the footer. (View => Header and Footer) 10. Rename the title of this slide. When you are finished. “Zip” this folder and submit it to Taskstream. Need help? Contact your instructor! (Delete this text box by clicking on the border and then pressing the delete key.)
