FILE MANAGER This module has been developed for proper management of Files/Documents

 File Manager Add on will help us to manage Files & Documents in proper manner.  Dealing & handling multiple files & paper/documents, will be very easy by using this Add on.  Rapid searching of any file, or any document of any file is easily possible in few seconds.  Multiple filters are available for searching files & documents, like File-name wise, Date-wise, Document no. wise, Document name wise, which makes our module very efficient & powerful. Gateway of Tally > Company info > Alter Set Yes to Enable File Manager Setup Details

Docs Search & Docs Report options will appear on right side Panel Gateway of Tally > File Manager

This is File Manager window Tally Boys

This is File Creation window – Enter Name & Number Gateway of Tally > File Manger > File Creation

This is New Document Entry window where entry of Documents, will be done. Gateway of Tally > File Manager > New Document Entry

Multiple filter options are available on right side panel, we can choose them, as per requirement. Gateway of Tally > File Manager > Document Report

File Name :- Here we can filter the file name and get the report as per desire. Document Name:- Here we can filter document name and get the report as per desire. Remarks:- Here we can filter remark(by writing any content) and get the desire report.
