Updating AHL Enumerator gets AHL with filled-in Columns 1 to 8 of Section 2 It contains list of all buildings, Census houses and households existing in the EB during house-listing phase (HLO) List is to be updated during population enumeration (PE)

Reasons for Change (refer to Paragraph 5.5): Household moved out after HLO, the census house is vacant Building / census house listed during HLO no longer exists Household moved out after HLO, new household has moved in its place Use of Census house has changed (vacant to residence, residence to residence-cum-shop, residential to non-residential, etc.)
