Normal - everyday level of disagreement. Healthy normal conflict Learn how to disagree Pervasive – Yelling. No listening. Finger pointing. 3 rd party needed – refocus on issue Overt – Out of control anger. Physical. Weapons. Separate people. Cool down period Conflicts cannot be resolved at pervasive or overt level. Must return to normal level for resolution/reconciliation
